GOLD PROOF COIN
 In the Year 1952, Pakistan Government wanted to implement Urdu as mother language for both East Pakistan (Present Bangladesh) and West Pakistan (Present Pakistan). But Bangladeshi people protested it. On February 21, 1952 students of Dhaka University made agitation to stablish   BANGLA as mother language instead of Urdu for East Pakistan. Some students of Dhaka University were killed by Police by ordering of former Pakistan Government. In the year 2000 United Nation declare that, February 21 will be celebrated  as International Mother Language day. To memorial the day Bangladesh Government issued this 10 Gram weight 2000 dated Gold Coin.

In the year 2011, ICC World Cup Cricket organised jointly by BANGLADESH, INDIA & SRI LANKA. On this Occasion Bangladesh issued this beautiful SILVER coin. The coin comes in different color plastic cases.





SILVER PROOF COIN ON RABINDRANATH TAGORE
In the year 2011, Silver Proof coin issued on the occasion of 150th Birth Anniversary of Rabindranath Tagore who was born on 7th May, 1861. He was a poet, novelist, short story writer, playwright, essayist, composer of songs, artist and was awarded the Noble Prize for Literature in 1913. The coin comes in a beautiful wooden box.





SILVER PROOF COIN ON 40TH VICTORY DAY
On December 16, 1971 Bangladesh got victory after passing nine months freedom fight. On the occasion of 40th Victory Anniversary, Bangladesh issued this Commemorative Silver Coin which comes in a plastic box.

Bangladesh National Museum is one of the richest Museum in the Asian Region. On August 07, 1913 Lord Carmichael, Governor of Bengal inaugurated the Dhaka Museum. The Museum is now going to celebrate its centenary year throughout 2013. To commemorate the 100 years of the National Museum, Bangladesh Bank has issued this Silver Proof Coin which comes in a glass-top box.
